When I started with gill I was very nervous but she had full confidence in me that I could do it I was still a bit nervous when I went for my practical but I just remembered everything she taught me and I managed to pass first-time gill is a fantastic and very patient instructor and I would totally recommend her to anyone thinking of doing there driving 5 starts all the way.

I'd had another instructor I'd really struggled with and went to a fair few tests with low confidence and nerves which got worse each time I failed...I told myself I was having a bit of a break but I was so close to giving up. But my Dad rescued me with a friend's recommendation for Gill. She got me back on track tweaked a few bits and helped me feel so much more confident and I passed today! Gill is an excellent driving instructor and has helped me build my understanding of the roads greatly. She helped to build my confidence and was so encouraging all the way. I found certain areas difficult such as roundabouts but Gill helped me overcome my fears. I can’t recommend her enough. Gill’s experience in navigating around High Wycombe and other areas has really made me a comfortable and happy driver. I was so pleased to pass my driving test first try thanks to Gill’s great teaching. After several years of trying and struggling to learn manual, I made the change to automatic and was really put at ease with Gill’s calm but firm style.
She really helped me build my confidence on the road and got me to drive comfortably. Being from the US, driving in England was a real challenge for me but Gill’s experience and great advice have paid off in full and I’m happy to get behind the wheel on my own having learned from such a great instructor.
